I have extensive experience helping clients navigate challenging relationships and move out of a deprivation mindset into a more positive frame of mind.   All relationships can be vehicles for profound understanding and change; how we operate in a relationship often provides a deeper reflection of our own internal struggles.  I love working with untraditional relationships, helping you to create a dynamic that actually works for you rather than trying to fit yourself to a particular mold.

My first step is to help you understand your internal struggles, illuminate the unconscious messages you communicate to yourself, and explore how you feel about yourself.  Together we will explore your attachment and relationship history, and I'll provide you space to reflect upon your personal patterns and experiences. 

In order to develop a cohesive and compassionate narrative about yourself, I'll help you examine and question the storylines you’ve created about yourself.  Together we'll explore the highs and lows of your love and attachment history, make meaning of each of those experiences, and uncover blocks that have prevented you from finding-- and keeping -- love.
